I wanted to inform you that my ex (the non custodial parent) recently moved. His new address is **************. He also informed me today that he received an official job offer from Cox. He is supposed to go fill out his new hire paperwork next week.

  1. I'm so sorry but I had to chuckle at "no payment history on file"...duh. That's a lot of money to be owed, girl. I hope you get most if not all of it.

  2. It is actually more than that. Something they can't track and I would have to go to court for is the daycare and medical. The papers were written to include 3 days of daycare into his support payment. However, if they went for more than 3 days/week then he would split the cost for that day/those days. There have been a lot. :-/ Then he owes about $200 or something (in a diff blog post) for 1/2 of the medical costs any time they go to a doc or need care or have Rx.

    Then of course there are the non-custodial monies he owes me from the divorce. The car, the taxes, etc. But I wont hold my breath.
